Inter emerged victorious from the first of two Milan derbies to be played this week with the Nerazzurri’s Primavera securing a dominant win over AC Milan this afternoon.

Armando Madonna’s side ran out 3-0 winners thanks to a double from Uruguayan youngster Martin Satriano, whose goals came either side of a 31st-minute strike from 19-year-old Franco Vezzoni.

Inter’s Primavera now sit just three points behind Primavera 1 TIM leaders Roma and will next be in action this weekend when they take on Juventus in the Derby d’Italia.

This match between the Milanese clubs comes just days before the senior sides face off in a crucial match in the Serie A title race.

Inter are currently sitting at the top of the Serie A table after 22 games played with 50 points to their name, one point clear of their Rossoneri rivals who have led the way in Serie A for most of the season.
