Antonio Conte will make just one change to his Inter XI for Sunday’s match at home to Genoa, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, Matteo Darmian will come in for the suspended Achraf Hakimi to take on the Rossoblu at San Siro.
Conte will otherwise name an unchanged side to the one that started in last weekend’s Milan derby win over AC Milan.
Inter have three games in nine days now with Parma and Atalanta coming up after Genoa, but there is no sign of any rotation taking place against Davide Ballardini’s in-form side.
Alexis Sanchez, Arturo Vidal and Roberto Gagliardini have all been tried out in training this week but none have forced their way into this weekend’s starting XI.
Stefano Sensi, meanwhile, might be able to return to group training today or tomorrow.
Inter’s probable starting line-up vs Genoa (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Eriksen, Perisic; Lukaku, Lautaro.
