Inter are hoping for more Romelu Lukaku magic tonight as they look to pull further clear in Serie A with victory at Parma, according to an Italian media report.

The Nerazzurri have the chance to open up a six-point lead over AC Milan at the top of the table, after the Rossoneri were held to a draw by Udinese last night.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition said Inter would stand a much better chance of beating the Ducali if Lukaku could continue his scintillating goal-scoring form, which has helped Antonio Conte’s side break away in recent weeks.

Lukaku is hoping to become just the sixth player in Inter’s entire history to win the Serie A title and finish as the league’s top-scorer in the same season.

27 players have achieved the feat altogether but the only Inter players to have done so are Giuseppe Meazza, Sandro Mazzola, Roberto Boninsegna, Aldo Serena and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
