Alexis Sanchez is the latest player to have been ‘recovered’ by Inter coach Antonio Conte, an Italian media report has claimed today.

Sanchez was key in Inter’s 2-1 win over Parma last night scoring both of the Nerazzurri’s goals and as per Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition, Sanchez has now changed his status at Inter.

Like Christian Eriksen and Ivan Perisic have in recent weeks, Sanchez has now also been revitalised and he is seen as an additional starter now opposed to a back-up.

Conte was described by the Milanese paper as ‘a medicine man’, capable of breathing new life into those who seemed to have lost it.

The doubts that have accompanied Sanchez throughout his spell with the club have dispersed, and now the Chilean national team player is a real weapon for Conte as demonstrated by his three goals in the last two games.

Sanchez now has five goals this season which is already an improvement on last season’s final goal tally of four.

With 13 games still to spare of the 2020-21 season for Inter, Sanchez has every chance of further adding to his goal tally.

GdS said El Nino Maravilla was now a real weapon for Conte as Inter bid to secure the Serie A title.
