Antonio Conte’s management of his Inter squad across the season has earned him the trust and respect of the players and been a factor in the Nerazzurri’s success this term.

After recording a 2-1 victory over Parma on Thursday, Inter currently sit six points clear of AC Milan at the top of the Serie A table and are in line for a first Scudetto since 2010.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere della Sera, Conte has given all of his players a chance to impress and rewarded good form and performances with starting places.

This has led to a competitive atmosphere within the group and the players have no reason to complain of being treated unfairly by the former Juventus tactician.

Corriere della Sera point to the case of Chile forward Alexis Sanchez after he struggled to make an impact in the early part of the campaign and fell behind Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.

Strong recent displays have since been rewarded however, with the former Manchester United man starting and scoring against Parma.

Sanchez’s compatriot Arturo Vidal is set to undergo a similar path, with Conte looking to coax stronger performances out of the summer arrival. The midfielder has struggled for form and fitness, but will be given the chance to impress over the remaining months of the season.

Only midfielder Matias Vecino has rarely featured for Inter this season, as the Uruguayan steps up his recovery from a long term knee injury.
