Following his brace in the 2-1 win over Parma on Thursday, Inter forward Alexis Sanchez is set to be rewarded with a starting berth against Atalanta.

Inter look to continue their push for the Scudetto when they welcome La Dea to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza tomorrow evening and coach Antonio Conte is considering his options.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere dello Sport, Sanchez will retain his place in the team and start alongside Romelu Lukaku after impressing in midweek.

Whilst the initial plan was to rest Lautaro Martinez against Parma with a view to the Atalanta clash, Sanchez’s impact means that the former will again remain on the bench.

The former Manchester United forward has netted three goals in two most recent outings and his strong form has forced him back into Conte’s plans.

Elsewhere, Sanchez’s Chile teammate Arturo Vidal could be in line for a return to the starting line-up in midfield, in place of Christian Eriksen, in the only other expected change.
