These last few weeks have been filled with talk of Suning having to sell their majority shares in Inter, and Nerazzurri fans became even more worried when the Chinese company had to disband their other football club, Jiangsu FC.

Italian newspaper Il Giorno underlines in yesterday’s print edition how the two clubs are in very different situations, despite having the same owner.

The main difference is that, even after winning the Chinese championship with both the male and female teams, Jiangsu FC there was no interest in the club from potential buyers.

On the other hand, Inter has been in the news everyday for the last few weeks due to their financial and economical struggles, but have been linked to many potential suitors being interested in investing.

This key difference might be fundamental to Suning finding a way to keep the club, something they are interested in doing according to several reports.
