Lautaro Martinez will find himself back in the Inter starting line-up for tonight’s Serie A match at home to Atalanta, according to an Italian media report today.
As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, he will replace Alexis Sanchez, who grabbed a brace when he started in place of Lautaro versus Parma, in the starting line-up.
This may not be the only change Inter coach Antonio Conte makes to take on fifth-placed Atalanta, over whom they hold a 10-point gap in the table.
The report from the Rome-based publication goes on to add that Arturo Vidal is more likely to start for Inter than Christian Eriksen, despite how well the Dane has played in Inter’s last few matches.
Inter can return to being six points clear at the top of the table if they are to overcome Atalanta later on today at San Siro.
Kick-off is scheduled for 20:45 local time.
