As Inter travel to Turin to take on Torino in Serie A tomorrow, forward Lautaro Martinez will be hoping to continue his fine form against the Granata.
League leaders Inter visit the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino looking to continue their charge towards a first Scudetto since 2010, whilst struggling Torino languish in the relegation zone, albeit with two games in hand on their rivals.
As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere dello Sport, coach Antonio Conte will turn to Martinez to continue his scoring streak against the Toro, having netted in each of his last three appearances against them.
Similarly, Inter have picked up all three points in those matches in which Martinez found the back of the net.
Meanwhile, the Argentina international is closing in on matching his tally of 14 league goals last season and is just a single strike away from enjoying his joint-best season since joining Inter from Racing in 2018.
