Inter coach Antonio Conte is set to partner striker Romelu Lukaku with Argentina international Lautaro Martinez against Torino in Serie A this afternoon.
The league leaders travel to the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino looking to extend their six point advantage at the top of the table, and Conte is ready to finalise his selection.
As reported in today’s newspaper edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the coach will retain Martinez up front despite a strong claim for a starting spot from Chilean Sanchez.
Meanwhile, Inter are set to make changes in midfield after Christian Eriksen complained of slight inflammation in his left knee.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star was in line to replace the injured Arturo Vidal, but is not expected to be risked and Roberto Gagliardini will start.
The rest of the team will be unchanged from the starting line-up that sealed a 1-0 win over Atalanta on Monday evening, although defender Aleksandar Kolarov is in line to return to the squad after injury.
