Inter will pay their players their salaries for the past two months by tomorrow, according to an Italian media report today.

An internal source at Inter has told Italian daily newspaper Il Giorno that the Nerazzurri’s employees will all receive their wages for the months of January and February.

Moreover, the source explained that there will be news regarding the negotiations with parties interested in taking over at Inter.

For several months there has been no shortage of speculation regarding potential fresh investment in Inter and current owners Suning potentially leaving.

There have been several parties linked from BC Partners, who are widely reported to have made an offer, while the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF), Fortress and Bain Capital have all also been mentioned in connection with potential investment into Inter.

Suning have owned Inter since the summer of 2016 and are reportedly looking for €1 billion to sell the Nerazzurri side.
