Inter centre-back Andrea Ranocchia recognised the difficulty in overcoming Torino to secure a 2-1 win in Serie A yesterday, as well as the importance of the result.
Ranocchia did not feature in the Nerazzurri’s victory over the Granata as they extended their winning run to eight matches, but used social media to highlight the significance of the win to Inter’s Scudetto hopes.
Posting a series of photos of the team celebrating the goals, Ranocchia added the caption: “We suffered but it was so important. Forza Inter.”
