Inter coach Antonio Conte is the perfect coach for a club to have when he only has to focus on playing league matches, an Italian media report has argued today.
La Repubblica argued that one of Conte’s secrets as a coach is managing to find perfection when not having to compete in anything other than the league.
He has shown this in the past at both Juventus and Chelsea and he is now showcasing this at Inter this season, with him looking set to put an end to the Juventus hegemony in Serie A, which he started in his time at the helm of the Bianconeri.
Inter are currently nine points clear at the top of the Serie A table with 27 games played, meaning everything remains entirely in the Nerazzurri’s hands.
Conte must now also prove that he has changed this Inter team and that they can hold on to their advantage without succumbing to the pressure that will arrive in the coming weeks.
