Inter are Europe’s most devastating goal-scoring force after half-time this season, as highlighted by a report in the Italian media.

Tuttosport’s print edition pointed out that 45 of the Nerazzurri’s league-high 65 goals this season have come during the second half, and nobody else in Europe’s top five leagues has managed to do better.

The closest team to Antonio Conte’s side in this regard is Bayern Munich, who have scored 41 second-half goals in the Bundesliga so far.

Conte celebrated his 500th match in management this past weekend as Inter beat Torino 2-1 and they have been in sensational form as of late.

In their last 20 games, Inter have picked up 53 points from a possible 60 and in this same time period, Inter have gained eight points over Juventus and 14 over both AC Milan and Atalanta.

Conte’s side currently sit nine points clear at the top of the Serie A with 11 games still to play.

Their next fixture is at home to Sassuolo on Saturday evening.
