Inter coach Antonio Conte has taken to Instagram to wish former Inter coach Giovanni Trapattoni a happy 82nd birthday.
Conte played under Trapattoni during his second spell in charge of Inter’s arch rivals Juventus in the 1990s and since Conte entered into management, he has often drawn comparisons to his former coach.
Trapttoni coached Inter for five years between 1986 and 1991 and was at the helm of Inter when they picked up a record-breaking Serie A title in 1989.
Conte posted: “A great man in life and in football.
“Wishing you a very happy birthday, Gaffer!”
