Inter’s fitness coach Antonio Pintus deserve a great deal of credit for Inter’s stamina and lack of injuries this season, an Italian media report has argued today.

FCInter1908.it have pointed out that 70% of Inter’s goals have come in the second half which shows the team are very physically fit and a big reason in this is Pintus.

Pintus played a big part in the success of Real Madrid a few years ago and he is now making his mark at Inter as well.

Inter coach Antonio Conte wanted Pintus as part of his staff at all costs and the results of Pintus are there for all to see.

Inter, along with Napoli and Atalanta, are the only three clubs with less than 10 muscular injuries this season, something that should not be underestimated.

The idea that Inter have been lucky is untrue, as luck has nothing to do with this given the level of preparation and professionalism that staff deal with, taking care of even the smallest details.

In addition to having Pintus, the report adds that Conte’s Inter also have quality and patience.
