After an outbreak of COVID-19 led to the training ground being closed off, Inter coach Antonio Conte has shown no signs of letting up with his players.
A series of positive tests amongst the group led to today’s Serie A match against Sassuolo being postponed, whilst the players have been required to isolate to avoid a further spread.
However, as reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere dello Sport, Conte and his staff have ensured that training sessions can continue by providing each player with a regime to complete at home, in addition to equipment.
Meanwhile, nutrition has also been factored in, with the players provided with further information to continue as normal during the isolation period.
Elsewhere, Corriere dello Sport report that no new players have tested positive for the virus and the only case is attributed to a member of staff not involved in coaching, with their identity protected.
Should all tests come back negative over this weekend, then Inter could potentially return to normal training on Monday.
