Inter loanee Sebastiano Esposito will be a man in demand during the upcoming transfer window, according to a report in the Italian media today.

The 18-year-old scored his first goal on Saturday since joining Venezia on loan for the remainder of the season, rounding off a 4-1 win for Paolo Zanetti’s side against their Serie B promotion rivals Monza.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition said Esposito was looking for the best career path to aid his development and that could lead him back into Serie A next season.

Inter are expected to have several requests from Italy’s top flight to send the forward out on loan in the summer.

Esposito has made 12 appearances for Venezia, including six starts, since ditching his loan move at SPAL in the first half of the season.

He has played 15 times for Inter’s first team, scoring his only goal for the senior side in a 4-0 win at home to Genoa back in December 2019.
