Arturo Vidal could be tempted to swap Italy for France at the end of this season, at least according to a report in the Italian media.

The Inter midfielder is being linked with Marseille, Flamengo and Galatasaray at the moment after a disappointing first season with the Nerazzurri.

FcInterNews.it have revealed it is Marseille who are keenest on signing Vidal in the summer, who are now coached by his former Chile boss Jorge Sampaoli.

Vidal could be tempted to arrange a reunion with Sampaoli in Ligue 1, enabling him to try a new league after having already played and won in La Liga, the Bundesliga and Serie A.

Inter will assess Vidal’s future in the summer with the 33-year-old contracted to the club until the end of next season.

Galatasaray have made an approach to Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich to ask about a possible deal, so the Turkish giants are to be monitored as well.

Vidal rejected offers from Flamengo and an unnamed club from the United Arab Emirates in February, because he intends to help Inter win Serie A before considering a departure.

Both clubs offered him lucrative three-year deals but the Chilean wants to deliver his promise of ending Juventus’ dominance and helping Antonio Conte to the Scudetto.
