Inter have one fixture in particular they must be wary of in their Serie A title run-in, according to Nerazzurri legend Marco Materazzi.

Antonio Conte’s side are six points clear of second-placed AC Milan at the top of the table, as they prepare to return to action at Bologna tonight.

Inter have 11 games separating them and a first league title since 2010, but Materazzi wants them to watch out for one game above all others.

“The most dangerous game will be the one on April 18 away at Napoli,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport in an interview for Friday’s print edition.

“I think Gennaro Gattuso’s side, when they have everyone fit, is the team that plays the best football in Italy.”

Conte will be reliant upon Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez continuing their exceptional run of form if Inter are to win the Scudetto.

Materazzi was not holding back in his praise for the Lu-La but he did have another word of warning for the Nerazzurri about their upcoming games.

“Lukaku and Lautaro could be the decisive factor for Inter because at the moment they’re the most complete strike partnership around,” Materazzi added.

“If they need they can take care of Inter’s attacks all by themselves.

“Inter will need to beat Sassuolo on Wednesday because rearranged games in the league are always trap games.”

After facing Bologna and Sassuolo, Inter host Cagliari next Sunday for their third game in nine days.
