Inter have rejected an approach from Arsenal for Achraf Hakimi, according to a report in the Italian media today.

FcInterNews.it have confirmed reports in England which claimed the Gunners came calling for Hakimi during the last few days, as they seek a replacement for Hector Bellerin.

However, neither Inter nor Hakimi even bothered to pick up the phone because there is no chance of the Moroccan leaving the Nerazzurri.

Hakimi is regarded as being ‘unsellable’ by the club, while the 22-year-old is very happy in Milan and is focused on performing for Antonio Conte’s side.

Inter signed Hakimi in a €40 million deal from Real Madrid last summer and he has since scored six goals and provided seven assists in all competitions.

Hakimi, nicknamed the Marrakech Express, was most recently decisive for Inter in last Sunday’s 1-0 win over Cagliari, coming off the bench to provide the assist for Matteo Darmian’s late goal at San Siro.
