Antonio Conte is planning to make one change to Inter’s starting XI when the Nerazzurri visit Spezia on Wednesday, according to an Italian media report today.

Gazzetta.it (via FcInterNews.it) said Ivan Perisic could replace Matteo Darmian at left wing-back for the match at the Stadio Alberto Picco.

Inter were due to land in Milan about an hour ago following last night’s 1-1 draw at Napoli, which kept them nine points clear of AC Milan at the top of Serie A.

Conte will then oversee a shakedown session with his players at Appiano Gentile, with tactical preparation scheduled to start tomorrow.

Inter’s 11-match winning streak came to an end at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona last night, but the Nerazzurri remain in firm control of their own destiny in the race for the Scudetto.

Christian Eriksen’s second-half strike cancelled out an own goal from Samir Handanovic to rescue a point in Naples.
