Antonio Conte is considering making two changes to his starting XI for Inter’s next match away to Spezia tomorrow, according to a report in the Italian media.

Tuttosport’s print edition said Ivan Perisic was likely to return to the line-up for the first time since March 14, replacing Matteo Darmian at left wing-back.

Elsewhere, Alexis Sanchez could be given another start alongside Romelu Lukaku up front, with Lautaro Martinez dropping to the bench in that instance.

Aleksandar Kolarov and Arturo Vidal will remain unavailable for the game at the Stadio Alberto Picco, with both still training separately from their teammates at Appiano Gentile.

Conte is not expected to make any other alterations to the Inter team which started Sunday’s 1-1 draw away to Napoli, which moved the Nerazzurri one step closer to the Serie A title.

Inter need just 12 points from their final seven games to secure the Scudetto for the first time since 2010.
