Antonio Conte will make one change to Inter’s starting XI when the Nerazzurri visit Spezia tomorrow, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, Ivan Perisic is expected to return to the line-up after making his return to action during Sunday’s 1-1 draw at Napoli, with Matteo Darmian dropping back to the bench.

Conte will name his strongest team against Vincenzo Italiano’s side, who are seven points clear of Serie A’s relegation zone with seven games left.

Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will continue up front at the Stadio Alberto Picco, while Christian Eriksen, Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic will continue in midfield.

Inter need just 12 points to secure the Scudetto for the first time since 2010, following a run of 11 wins and one draw since the end of January.

Inter’s probable starting XI vs Spezia (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Christian Eriksen, Ivan Perisic; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
