Lautaro Martinez’s new agent insists the striker is fully focused securing the Serie A title for Inter.

Inter are reportedly in danger of having to sacrifice one or two key players in the upcoming transfer window, as the Nerazzurri look to balance their books before June 30.

Lautaro is due to sign a new three-year deal at Inter in the coming weeks but his future remains uncertain due to the club’s economic struggles.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia today, Alejandro Camano said: “Lautaro is concentrated on Inter, he’s only thinking about winning the scudetto.

“After that, we’ll talk to the club about what will happen because the world is going through a strange period.

“Lautaro’s relationship with the Inter world is spectacular, he’s having a great season.

“Inter gave him the chance to make the big step from South American football and that’s never easy.”

On Lautaro’s strike partner Romelu Lukaku, Camano added: “They’re friends and they have an excellent relationship.

“Lukaku and Lautaro are one of the best strike partnerships in Europe.”

Camano also manages Lautaro’s teammate Achraf Hakimi and was asked for an update on the Moroccan’s future, striking a reassuring tone for Inter supporters.

Hakimi is thought to have a great relationship with Inter boss Antonio Conte and his agent did nothing to dispel that particular theory.

“Hakimi’s future is with Inter,” Camano assured.

“There were a lot of clubs interested when he left Borussia Dortmund but he chose Inter because of Conte, a coach who gets the best out of his players.”

Camano was also asked about comments Conte made after Sunday’s win over Hellas Verona, when Inter’s head coach joked about Hakimi’s complete inability to take penalties.

“I’m surprised by what Conte said but he’ll certainly be right, because he knows Hakimi better than me,” he added, laughing.

Lautaro has scored 17 goals for Inter this season, including a new personal best tally of 15 in a single Serie A season.

Hakimi has provided six goals and eight assists for the Nerazzurri in all competitions.
