Arturo Vidal was hard at work again in the Inter gym on Wednesday as he continues his recovery from knee surgery.

The Chilean was again forced to train separately from his teammates and is expected to miss Saturday’s big match in Serie A away to Crotone.

Vidal has not featured for Inter since undergoing surgery on his left knee on March 14, but he seems to remain confident of making a return before the end of the season.

The midfielder tweeted pictures from the club’s gym and said: “I’m still strong and happy, ready for what’s coming.

“Every day we’re getting closer and we’ll be there, let’s go Inter!”
