Antonio Conte has two selection dilemmas as Inter prepare to face Crotone tomorrow, according to a report in the Italian media.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition said Conte was likely to name an unchanged XI from last Sunday’s 1-0 win at home to Hellas Verona, but he still had a couple of doubts.

Stefano Sensi is hoping to replace Christian Eriksen in the Nerazzurri’s midfield, while Alexis Sanchez is bidding to displace Lautaro Martinez up front.

Conte is likely to keep faith with Eriksen and Lautaro though, as Inter chase three of the remaining four points they need in order to secure the Serie A title.

Inter will be confirmed as champions this weekend if they win at the Stadio Ezio Scida and Atalanta fail to beat Sassuolo away from home on Sunday afternoon.

A report elsewhere today suggested Matteo Darmian could replace Ivan Perisic at left wing-back.

Inter’s probable starting XI vs Crotone (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Christian Eriksen, Ivan Perisic; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
