Inter are not expected to have any problems in paying their remaining player salaries, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As per Gazzetta.it, the Nerazzurri have devised a schedule to complete their payments for the 2020-21 season and will respect the Italian Football Federation’s deadlines.
Inter paid their player salaries for the month of February in April and will settle the payments for March, April and May at the end of this month.
They will also pay the installments for November and December 2020 before the end of May, after which their players will head off on international duty.
Inter will then pay their June installment in September, at which point they would only have Serie A title bonuses left to pay their players.
Those payments are expected to be settled in two blocks, one in September and one in December.
In terms of Antonio Conte’s future, the report added Inter would not hold talks with their head coach and club directors for another couple of weeks.
Club president Steven Zhang first needs to sort the situation regarding Inter’s financial problems, with a €250 million from either Bain Capital or Oaktree set to be agreed in the next few days.
