Antonio Conte is planning six changes for Inter’s match against Sampdoria tomorrow, according to a report in the Italian media this evening.

Gazzetta.it said Conte would give a chance to some players who hadn’t enjoyed much game time lately, but without completely revolutionising his team.

Alexis Sanchez is due to replace Lautaro Martinez in attack, while Danilo D’Ambrosio and Andrea Ranocchia will come in to start at the back.

Roberto Gagliardini and Matias Vecino will partner Christian Eriksen in midfield, while Ashley Young will give Ivan Perisic a rest at left wing-back.

Samir Handanovic, Alessandro Bastoni, Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku will keep their places in the side (along with Eriksen) against the Blucerchiati.

Inter are due to play their first match tomorrow since they were confirmed as Serie A champions last weekend.

Inter’s probable starting XI vs Sampdoria (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Roberto Gagliardini, Matias Vecino, Christian Eriksen, Ashley Young; Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez.
