Inter have fired up supporters for tonight’s match with Roma by celebrating the 15-year anniversary of their Coppa Italia triumph over the Giallorossi.
Roberto Mancini’s side headed into the second leg of the final in 2006 after a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Olimpico, and they soon went in front with an early goal from Esteban Cambiasso.
Julio Cruz and Obafemi Martins also got on the score-sheet for the Nerazzurri, before Shabani Nonda pulled one back for Roma.
Inter ultimately won the final 4-2 on aggregate and celebrated what was then their third major trophy under Mancini.
