Inter coach Antonio Conte is set to name his strongest team for today’s clash against Juventus in the Derby d’Italia, with goalkeeper Samir Handanovic in line for a return.

As reported in today’s newspaper editions of La Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport, Conte will show no signs of complacency against his former club, despite having already led Inter to the Serie A title.

Captain Handanovic will regain his place in goal after sitting out Wednesday’s 3-1 win over Roma, with Andrei Radu dropping to the bench.

Elsewhere, Matteo Darmian remains in the team but will move to the left wing-back role, with Achraf Hakimi returning to the starting line-up on the right.

Having come off in the first half against the Giallorossi, forward Alexis Sanchez is not expected to be amongst the starters, with regular pairing Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez leading the line.

The midfield is expected to comprise of Christian Eriksen, Marcelo Brozovic, and Nicolo Barella, whilst Stefan De Vrij, Milan Skriniar, and Alessandro Bastoni will start in defence.
