Inter coach Antonio Conte will be unable to call upon midfielder Marcelo Brozovic or wing-back Matteo Darmian for the final game of the season against Udinese next Sunday.
As reported by L’Interista, the pair have seen their seasons effectively come to a close as they serve suspensions for the visit of the Zebrette to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Darmian, on loan from Parma, was booked in the first half after tangling with Giorgio Chiellini in an incident that ultimately led to a Juventus penalty after a VAR review and faces a ban for an accumulation of yellow cards.
It was the former Manchester United defender’s fifth booking of the season and sees him end the campaign on four goals and as many assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
Midfielder Brozovic, meanwhile, was shown a red card late in the game for a cynical foul on Juan Cuadrado, having earlier been booked for dissent after the Juventus man had won a penalty.
The Croatia international has been a key figure in Conte’s side as they sealed the Scudetto this season and has only missed four league games so far.
