Italian journalist Maurizio Pistocchi took to Social Media to joke that slow motion was required to determine the decision to award Juventus a late penalty against Inter yesterday.
The Bianconeri defeated Antonio Conte’s side 3-2 at the Allianz Stadium after Juan Cuadrado went down late on in an incident with Ivan Perisic, leading to criticism of referee Gianpaolo Calvarese.
Posting a photo of the incident on Twitter, Pistocchi suggested that the foul was committed by Cuadrado and added the caption: “So many ask me, this is why slow motion is back by popular demand. Tomorrow, all about Juve-Inter.”
Me la chiedete in tantissimi: per questo a grande richiesta torna la SuperMoviola : domani, tutto su Juve-Inter 🎯 pic.twitter.com/Qrnc5sVqZw
