Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen took to Social Media to celebrate lifting the Serie A title, after being awarded the trophy yesterday.

The Denmark international was a first half substitute in Inter’s 5-1 win over Udinese at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza and scored a deflected freekick, before the squad were presented with the trophy after the match.

Eriksen posted a photo of himself with the trophy aloft on his personal Instagram account, as he marked the Nerazzurri’s first title since 2010.
