Antonio Conte is busy reflecting on his future at Inter after another day passed without meeting Steven Zhang.

As per FcInter1908.it tonight, everything suggests Conte will make a decision on his future soon but the Nerazzurri must wait a little longer first.

Zhang, Beppe Marotta, Alessandro Antonello, Piero Ausilio and even club lawyer Angelo Capellini were all present at Inter’s offices today, but Conte was once again nowhere to be seen.

Inter’s directors have assured they are working to mediate between Conte and Suning, and are hopeful of finding a solution that enables everyone to continue together.

Despite this, they also wished to make it clear that Conte still has a year left on his contract and that if he wanted to leave for whatever reason, he would have to make that known with Inter.

Conte wants to continue the project he began two years ago, with a young team that has plenty of room for improvement still, but he is also worried about what lies in store during the summer.

Marotta and Ausilio might be forced to sell one or more key players, in order to balance the books, if they cannot offload enough squad players and loan men first.

Inter cannot promise Conte for that reason that they will keep all their big players, because the transfer window is set to be a very difficult one for the Nerazzurri.
