Inter’s former striker Eder launched a savage attack on Suning today over their handling of Antonio Conte.

Eder played for Suning’s other club FC Jiangsu until earlier this year, when the Chinese Super League champions were closed down due to financial hardship.

The Italian-Brazilian was left without a salary and is now watching Suning create a similar mess at Inter, where Conte has tonight left by mutual consent.

“When I said I hoped the same (as FC Jiangsu) didn’t happen at Inter, it’s because as a fan I didn’t want what happened to us to happen to them with Suning,” Eder tweeted, before news of Conte’s departure was officially confirmed.

“After we achieved something important (winning the Chinese Super League), the Chinese people (Steven Zhang and his father) threw away all the hard work done by the players, staff and directors.

“And now at Inter, they’re throwing away all the hard work done by Conte, because they need €100 million in their pockets.

“They don’t care about football all their employees.

“Just think that it’s been eight months since they paid people who were earning €800,000 per month.”

Eder then finished his third tweet with two vomit emojis next to the word ‘Suning’, making his feelings on Inter’s owners crystal clear.

Conte has completely transformed Inter’s fortunes since taking charge in 2019, but he has incredibly left one year ahead of the end of his contract in 2022.

Max Allegri and Simone Inzaghi are being touted as possible replacements for Conte, but there is no certainty over where the Nerazzurri go from here.

Eder spent two-and-a-half seasons at Inter between 2016 and 2018, scoring 14 goals in 186 appearances across all competitions and helping them return to the UEFA Champions League under Luciano Spalletti.
