Inter are increasingly likely to lose wing-back Achraf Hakimi this season as French club Paris Saint-Germain step up their interest in him.
As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere dello Sport, the Ligue 1 club are ready to submit an offer of €70 million, including bonuses, for the Morocco international and it would be impossible for Inter to turn it down, as they desperately look to raise funds.
Hakimi only joined the Nerazzurri from Real Madrid last summer and enjoyed a fine debut season, scoring seven goals and providing 10 assists in all competitions as the club won the Scudetto.
However, with his departure now seeming inevitable, Inter have sounded out a replacement in PSG’s current full-back Alessandro Florenzi.
The Parisiens are not expected to take up an option to sign Florenzi on a permanent deal after taking him on loan from Roma this season and will send him back to the Giallorossi.
