Federico Dimarco and Lucien Agoume could get the chance to play for Inter next season, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Corriere dello Sport’s print edition said they were two of many youngsters who would begin pre-season training with the Nerazzurri at the start of July.

Simone Inzaghi will have a difficult start to his life at Inter, with most of his first-choice players set to arrive late after the European Championships and Copa America.

He will have lots of youngsters to work with such as Dimarco, Agoume, Eddie Salcedo, Zinho Vanheusden and perhaps Lorenzo Pirola.

Dimarco and Agoume are the two who have the best chance of staying with Inter for the 2021-22 campaign, the Rome-based paper claimed.

Dimarco impressed on loan at Hellas Verona last season, scoring five goals and providing five assists, while Agoume had a disappointing campaign at Spezia where he struggled for regular game time.
