Inter’s Belgian international striker Romelu Lukaku has dispersed all doubts and confirmed that he will stay with the Nerazzurri over next season.
The Inter striker gave an interview on Belgian broadcaster VTM’s show Devil Time, as reported via media outlet HLN, where he ruled out a summer move from the Nerazzurri adding that he has already spoken with Antonio Conte’s replacement.
Rumors have been rife in the past days that the former Chelsea striker was maybe closing in on a return to the newly crowned Champions League winners.
Lukaku, who joined Inter from Manchester United in the summer of 2019, added that he has already had a positive conversation with the next Inter coach.
““Yes, I am staying. I’ve already had contact with the man who normally becomes our new manager. Maybe I shouldn’t say that yet but it was a very positive conversation.
“There’s also the challenge of doing it again [winning the league with Inter]. I feel good at Inter.”
