Inter defender Andreaw Gravillon is angry with Lorient after his loan spell in France ended without a permanent deal.

Gravillon joined the Ligue 1 strugglers last summer and made 26 appearances, but he finished the season on the bench as they successfully battled to preserve their top-flight status.

The 23-year-old enjoyed his time playing for Lorient but he is clearly very disappointed with how everything ended.

“I’m bitter, because I like Lorient as a club and I enjoyed myself for the whole season,” Gravillon told Ouest France (via FcInterNews.it) today.

“I’m disappointed to leave in this manner, in fact I’m p***** off.

“It was a disappointment to finish the season on the bench after everything I did, because I gave a lot to this club.

“This didn’t entice me to stay for next season, it influenced my thoughts.

“Now I want to join a top club.”

Gravillon could well remain in Ligue 1 for next season because he is attracting interest from clubs like Saint-Etienne, Rennes, Montpellier and Marseille.

Inter will be hoping to find a new destination for their former academy defender soon, because there does not appear to be any intention of keeping him with the first team for next season.

Simone Inzaghi was finally confirmed as the Nerazzurri’s new head coach today, signing a two-year deal to replace Antonio Conte who left last week.
