Inter’s first priority in the transfer market is to sort their wing-back positions, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Libero’s print edition said Achraf Hakimi’s departure was one of the first things on the Nerazzurri’s agenda, as Inter look to sort their finances.

Alessandro Florenzi is being touted as a replacement for Hakimi – although another report today said Inter weren’t interested in the Roma full-back – but Inter are also keenly scouting options on the left-hand side.

Emerson Palmieri appears to be their first choice on the left, with no sign of him seeing out the final year of his deal at Chelsea.

Inter confirmed Simone Inzaghi’s appointment as head coach on a two-year deal earlier, replacing Antonio Conte after he left by mutual consent last week.

Inzaghi was due to visit the club’s training facilities at Appiano Gentile and Inter’s offices in Milan, with no time to waste as he begins planning for next season.
