Inter could replace Achraf Hakimi with one of Simone Inzaghi’s former disciples at Lazio, according to a report in Italy.

The Nerazzurri are widely expected to sell Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain because they need a chunk of money to boost their financial position.

As per Radiosei (via The Laziali), Inter are considering a move for Adam Marusic as a replacement for the Moroccan international.

Marusic is out of contract with Lazio next summer and a renewal is yet to be finalised, making the 28-year-old a possible transfer opportunity for Inter.

Roma’s Alessandro Florenzi and Barcelona’s Emerson Royal are mooted as other alternatives to Marusic, who scored twice and provided five assists for Lazio last season.

Inzaghi uses the same 3-5-2 system as his predecessor Antonio Conte and that would make Marusic an interesting target.

Inter were also linked with a move for Manuel Lazzari today, with Maurizio Sarri likely to change system and make things harder for Lazzari if he joins the Biancocelesti.
