Inter continue to follow Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori with great interest, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Tuttosport’s print edition said the Nerazzurri were now on great terms with the striker’s agent Tulio Tinti, after hiring Simone Inzaghi – another of his clients – as their new head coach.

Tinti is also in charge of Alessandro Bastoni, Matteo Darmian and Andrea Ranocchia and this relationship with Inter could come in handy with Raspadori.

What’s more, Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is on great terms with his Sassuolo counterpart Giovanni Carnevali and this is another factor in the Nerazzurri’s favour.

Raspadori is not considered a priority for Inter at the moment, but Lautaro Martinez’s future could change that later in the summer if El Toro were to leave.

Sassuolo have made it clear they don’t want to sell the 21-year-old, but Inter could launch an offensive for him anyway later in the window.

Even if Inter can’t secure Raspadori’s services this summer, the Turin-based paper added, they could look to secure an option for the future or at least put themselves in a strong position thanks to their alliance with Tinti.
