Inter have been offered the chance to sign Alex Cordaz from relegated Crotone as a third-choice goalkeeper, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by FCInternews today, the Crotone goalkeeper would certainly be keen on moving to Inter rather than staying in Serie B with Crotone, who finished 19th in Serie A this season despite playing some entertaining football.

Inter have not declined the proposal from Alex Cordaz’s representatives, but right now the efforts are much more focused on the sale of Achraf Hakimi and more players, and the potential signing of Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea.

The transfer could also be dependent on the plans of young goalkeeper Filip Stankovic, who is the son of ex-Inter midfielder Dejan Stankovic.

The 19-year-old keeper recently left the Under 19s and it is not clear whether he would like to be the third choice for Inter or go elsewhere to play regular football.
