Inter are set to demand a transfer fee of up to €90 million from both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid for Lautaro Martinez, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, Inter are refusing to be bullied into a lower transfer fee despite their public need to sell players and balance the books.

Achraf Hakimi is more likely to be the player that is sold for a big fee, although talks between Inter and Paris Saint Germain for the Moroccan right-back have slowed down in recent days, as they are €10 million apart on their valuation.

The two Madrid clubs are monitoring the situation because if Achraf Hakimi doesn’t leave, Inter will have to entertain the idea of selling Lautaro Martinez instead.

La Liga champions Atletico Madrid are the team most interested in signing the striker right now, but Real Madrid are monitoring the situation very closely.
