Inter are not prepared to spend more than  €10 million on Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri this summer, according to a report in the Italian media.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea would be looking for a fee of around  €20 million for their Italian left-back, who has become a key Inter target for the summer.

It is not believed that personal terms would be an issue for Emerson Palmieri because the Nerazzurri are willing to offer him the same  €3.5 million a year salary that he currently receives at Chelsea.

Inter are likely to wait until after the European Championships before they make a move for Emerson Palmieri, as the club want the sales of Achraf Hakimi and Joao Mario to be finalised first.

Napoli are also very interested in signing Emerson Palmieri as they lack quality in the left-back position, but because of the wage Inter can offer the player it is much more likely he will choose the Nerazzurri over Napoli.
