New Inter boss Simone Inzaghi will try to use a lot of data and science in order to succeed whilst in charge at Inter, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Simone Inzaghi won’t just be using raw passion and simple tactics in order to bring further success to Inter. He will try to use the incredible scientific resources at the club to his advantage.
Over-use of statistics, data, and metrics is something that can make some football fans and coaches slightly uneasy because the reasons for using data aren’t always immediately clear.
Simone Inzaghi will be using everything he can though to retain the Scudetto and try to go far in next season’s UEFA Champions League, a tournament that Inter were eliminated from in the group stages last season.
