Liverpool are looking to strike deals for three different Inter players this summer, according to a report in the English media today.

As has been reported by The Daily Express, the three players that Jurgen Klopp’s side are assessing are Lautaro Martinez, Nicolo Barella, and Roberto Gagliardini.

Inter’s public need to raise around €80 million from player sales this summer has resulted in multiple different teams expressing interest in their players, as they know Inter will be more inclined to enter discussions than many other clubs are.

If Lautaro Martinz is to leave Inter, the fee would have to be at €80 million which it is hard to imagine Liverpool paying this summer in a position that they are already strong in.

The story is very similar for Nicolo Barella. The club do not wish to sell him and it would take a monumental fee to make the Nerazzurri reconsider.

Roberto Gagliardini could be an effective option to replace Giorginio Wijnaldum at Anfield.
