Inter are putting off Andrea Pinamonti’s suitors with their high asking price, according to a report in the Italian media tonight.

FcInter1908.it said the Nerazzurri were asking for between €15-20 million to sell the 22-year-old, and at the moment no club is prepared to offer that much.

Pinamonti rejoined Inter from Genoa in an expensive deal last summer, worth €8 million up front plus another €12 million in easily achievable bonuses.

This is why Inter are far more likely to send Pinamonti out on loan than to sell him on a permanent deal.

Pinamonti hardly featured under Antonio Conte during Inter’s run to the Serie A title, and now the striker wants to head elsewhere to secure more regular game time.

Inter are prepared to grant the Italian’s wish, but they are unlikely to find any club willing to offer so much for someone that has spent most of the last 12 months on the bench.
