Ivan Perisic is receiving interest from three clubs in the Bundesliga, according to a report in the Italian media tonight.

FcInterNews.it said RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hertha BSC had all made approaches for the Inter wing-back, who is not certain to stay at the club for next season.

Perisic has done nothing to deserve a sale in a sporting sense, but the Croatian earns €5 million annually after tax and that means Inter are obliged to listen to all offers.

At the moment, though, none of the above-mentioned clubs have made serious moves towards the 32-year-old.

Perisic is due to play for Croatia at Euro 2020 this month and an impressive campaign with his country could help put him in the shop window, the report added.

He is more likely to leave Inter than his counterpart Ashley Young in the wing-back spot, but only because he earns more money and Inter need to cut their wage bill.

Inter’s directors are not enthusiastic about the idea of selling him, but they will have to carefully consider offers that arrive for the versatile wing-back.
